Can you answer Morena Clara’s question about Massage?:

im in desperate need of money so ive decided to set up my massage chair in a public park. i don’t have my license yet but im in massage school and only have 3 days left of school. i want to set up my massage chair and charge $10 for ten minutes. my question is would it be okay to set up in a public place like the park. i live in austin, texas if that makes a difference or something.

Massage Feedback: check with the city to see if you need a permit first.

Massage Feedback: Not a great idea to do this in public.
You should place ad in craigs list and do this private that is better.
This is just my common sense.

Massage Feedback: You need to have a permit from the city to do so legally. And if you are in desperate need of money, you won’t want to pay the fine if you are caugh without one. For a permit yoiu will need to pay a fee, provide proof of insurance (in case you hurt anyone or they claim you hurt them) and a State of Texas Sales and Use permit. Contact the State Comptroller’s Office at 1-800-252-5555 for information on how to obtain this permit.
