Massage Feedback: frist buy a massage pad for your bed . now get ebson salt and liquit ginson for your bath tub and laid there for 1/2 hour and go laid on your pad. it will help.

Massage Feedback: Most chiropractors have people that do them and some of them are covered by insurance depending on why you are going.

Massage Feedback: if there is a massage school where you live try contacting them. sometimes the students give massages at discounted prices because they need the practice. where I live they charge 35 dollars an hour.

Massage Feedback: Where do you live? usually if you find a school that is near you, a massage therapy school, you can get massages practicly for free or half of what you would pay in a spa or medical office. The school i go to, you can get massages for only 10.00. So find where you live if theres a school nearby. Enjoy!!!
