Reflexology: I just bought a kit that teaches basic reflexology and have a couple questions?

Can you answer my dog joey’s question about Massage?:
1 Can you do reflexology on yourself or does someone else have to do it?
1 Can you do reflexology on yourself or does someone else have to do it?
#2 Can you only do one area or do you have to work the entire body part such as the feet? I woke up with back pain, can I only work the area that deals with the back and the spine or do I need to do the whole body?

Massage Feedback: 1 Yes you can do reflexology on your self.
2 yes you can just do spot work( the area that is bothering you).
Massage Feedback: you can do it on yourself and you can just work a single part of the foot.
