How is it reflexology different from massage therapy?

Answered By Mary Yeagerson

The concept of reflexology and massage therapy is closely related. They only vary in a very limited sense. Reflexology deals on the technique with the use of pressure. The primary concerns are the major reflexes of the human body such as the feet and the hand as interrelated to the different organs of the body. On the other hand, massage therapy uses touch therapy that manipulates the soft tissue of the human body in order to revitalize it.
